Terms and conditions of participation:

Organiser
The organiser of the competition is RWTH International Academy gGmbH, Campus-Boulevard 30, 52074 Aachen, Germany.

Period of the competition
The competition will only take place during TIS Aachen from 7 to 8 October 2024. Entries received after the end of this period will not be considered.

Eligibility to participate
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of RWTH International Academy gGmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation
Participation in the competition takes place by completing and submitting an entry form at the RWTH International Academy stand during TIS Aachen. Each person may only enter the competition once.

Prizes
All participants will be entered into a draw to win 3 education vouchers worth €500 each, which can be used for further education programmes at the RWTH International Academy. The vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. A combination with other discounts or vouchers is not possible.

Determination of winners
The winners will be selected at random. The winners will be drawn within one week of the end of the competition.

Notification of the winners
The winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, their claim to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be chosen.

Data protection
The personal data collected as part of the competition will only be used to organise the competition. The data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.

Miscellaneous
The organiser reserves the right to end or change the competition at any time without prior notice if unforeseeable circumstances make this necessary.
